As per CBDT Circular No. 7 of 2024, the filing of application in Form 10A by an existing registered/ approved organizations u/s 12A or 80G or 10(23C), who were required to file as on 1-Apr-2021 and have failed to file till the extended period upto 30-Sep-2023, can now submit their application in Form 10A by 30-Jun-2024
