With effect from 26-May-2025, the Form FC-3C requires the submission of complete MoA & AoA/ Trust Deed of the Association.
On 26-May-2025, MHA has amended the Form FC-3C
and deleted the following words in the serial number 4
of the Form for “Application for Renewal of FCRA
Registration”:
i. “relevant pages of”;
ii. “showingaims andobjectsofperson/ association”.
Prior to the amendments, the requirement was to
upload only relevant pages of MoA and AoA showing
aims and objectsof the Association.
However, after the amendment, organizations have to
upload the complete MoA and AoA or Trust Deed, as the
case may be,of the Association.
