Job Summary
The Technical Specialist – Financial Management & Compliances for Non-Profits will be responsible for providing financial management, compliance and systems review, capacity building, and advisory support to Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs).
Detailed Terms of References:
- Undertaking Systems Review & Development Process of NPOs.
- Prefunding assessments, Systems development processes, Reviews & Evaluations.
- Facilitation in Capacity Building Programme.
- Client negotiations & moderations.
- Grant Management and Reporting framework
This job entails extensive travel both within and outside the country.
Required Key Qualification & Skills
- Specialized degree in Financial Management preferably CA/MBA/LLB.
- 4-5 years’ experience in any development organization is desirable.
- Strong desire to work in the non-profit sector.
- Understanding on current developmental issues.
- Specialized knowledge in financial management, accounting, control systems & organizational Management and Legal framework (Income Tax, FCRA, Labour laws)
